Matcha Banana Nice Cream

Indulge in this flavorful, antioxidant-rich Matcha Banana Nice Cream—your guilt-free, dairy-free treat with a naturally sweet and creamy texture. With just five simple ingredients, this refreshing dessert blends the earthy notes of matcha with the sweetness of bananas for a deliciously wholesome snack!

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2-3 Tbsp. almond milk
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into rounds and freeze them for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Place the frozen banana slices, matcha powder, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender or food processor. Add 2 Tbsp. of almond milk to help with blending, and process until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Serve immediately as a soft-serve treat, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
  4. Garnish with extra matcha powder or coconut flakes, if desired, before serving!
