Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
- ¼ c. pomegranate juice
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
- Celtic Sea Salt®, to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and pour the mixture on top, coating each piece evenly.
- Bake Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes until they are caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
