Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • ½ c. homemade pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • ½ tsp. ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter (optional for creaminess)
  • ½ c. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2-3 dates

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Adjust sweetness by adding more dates if needed.
