Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)
- 3 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 c. water
- 1 small chili pepper, halved and seeded
- 1 Ceylon cinnamon stick
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
Instructions:
- Combine orange juice, water, chili, and spices in a pot.
- Simmer gently for 10 minutes, allowing the chili to infuse.
- Strain the chili and spices and serve warm for a zesty, spicy twist.
Non-Alcoholic Mulled “Wine”
Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)
- 3 c. tart cherry juice
- 2 c. pomegranate juice
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 small apple, sliced (optional)
- 3 Ceylon cinnamon sticks
- 4-5 whole cloves
- 2-3 star anise pods
- ¼ ground nutmeg
- 1-2 Tbsp. date syrup or 2 pitted Medjool dates (optional for sweetness)
- ½ vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, combine the tart cherry juice, pomegranate juice, orange slices, apple slices (if using), cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, nutmeg, and dates or date syrup (if using).
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it gently simmer for 15–20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and taste for sweetness, adjusting if needed.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the spices and fruit slices.
- Serve warm in mugs, garnished with an orange slice, a cinnamon stick, or a star anise pod for an elegant touch
Lavender Ginger Elixir
Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)
- 4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. dried lavender
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 Tbsp. pure tart cherry juice (optional for color and flavor)
Instructions:
- Bring water to a simmer and add lavender and ginger. Simmer for 7-8 minutes.
- Strain and stir in lime juice and tart cherry juice.
- Serve warm with lavender or a lime twist as garnish.
Golden Chamomile Latte
Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)
- 2 c. brewed chamomile tea
- ½ c. unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ tsp. turmeric
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
Instructions:
- Heat chamomile tea in a saucepan with almond milk, turmeric, and ginger.
- Blend with dates until creamy.
- Serve warm with a sprinkle of turmeric on top.
