Watermelon Berry Salad

Serves 6

This vibrant and refreshing summer fruit salad features juicy watermelon, assorted berries, and fresh herbs. This is not only visually stunning and delicious, but also healthy with no added sugar. Kids love it too!

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • 4 c. watermelon, cubed
  • 2 c. strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. blackberries
  • 1/4 c. fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon cubes, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
  2. Add the chopped mint and basil leaves to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the lime juice over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
